The 25 meal plan comes with five of each menu item from our weekly menu.
All meals come prepared standard with 3 oz of protein, 1/2 cup of carbs, and 1 cup of veggies. Increase your protein amount to 5 or 7 oz by selecting the appropriate option.
All of our entrees can be made vegetarian style. We will substitute your protein with 5 oz of either Garbanzo Beans, Black Beans, Quinoa, or Falafel patties.
