General Questions
Having the time to prep your meals can be difficult and often frustrating at times, especially when you are doing it yourself. Where other meal prep companies prepare the same meals, week in and week out, we do NOT!
PowR Meals prepares 10 unique meals every week so you have variety throughout the week. We post a new menu every week; this way you aren't eating the same meals!

Our meals come standard with 2 oz protein, 1/2 cup of carb, and 1 full cup of veggies. Athletic (5oz protein), and Beast (7oz protein) options are available.
Upon delivery, we recommend refrigerating your meals as soon as possible. Once stored in the fridge, meals should be eaten within four to five days.
The deadline to place your order is every Wednesday before 10:00 pm. Any late orders after 10 pm Wednesday will be delivered the following week.
Please enter any requests in the Order Notes when you checkout. We will do our best to make accommodations.
If you placed an order before the deadline for the current delivery date, please email or call us and we can issue you a refund so that you may place the correct order.

When you are finished with your meals the food containers are yours to keep.

All delivery fees are $5.00

Deliveries are made weekly: Sunday between 10:30 am to 2:30 pm
If you or another adult will not be at the delivery address during the time of your delivery, please leave a cooler or ice chest with ice packs out for us to place your meals so they stay fresh. You can even leave a note to leave at a neighbors house.

Payment can be made online through PayPal or one of our other payment clients that is set up on the website.
Yes; you can still place your order. After you are redirected to PayPal, you will see a button that says "Pay Using Debit or Credit Card", then follow the Checkout Instructions. Alternatively, you can use one of the other payment options provided on our website.

SUBSCRIPTIOINS
Subscriptions are Reacquiring payments for a specific item within our inventory.
When selecting a subscription plan you will be charged for every week on the same day and same time that you originally placed the order.
You can change/ modify your subscription by following these steps:
